For bulk standard packaging, our MOQ is one 20-foot container (~22 MT depending on variety). For private label retail packaging, the minimum is typically 1,000 units of a single SKU. We are happy to consolidate multiple varieties in a single container to help newer buyers test the market.
EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DAP and DDP. For most clients we recommend CIF (we manage origin logistics and ocean freight) or DDP (we deliver to your warehouse, customs-cleared). We have established freight rates with all major carriers and full-load discounts available.
Standard terms are 30% T/T advance with 70% balance against B/L copy. We also work with irrevocable Letters of Credit (L/C at sight) for first-time orders above $100,000. Long-term clients with credit history may be offered open account terms (NET 30, NET 60).
Yes. We currently export to over 40 countries with established customs procedures for each. Our export documentation team prepares Phytosanitary Certificates, Certificates of Origin (EUR.1 where applicable), Halal Certificates, Health Certificates and any country-specific requirements. For DDP terms we handle clearance through our licensed broker network.
Yes. We maintain dedicated EU Organic and USDA Organic certified product lines for Medjool, Deglet Noor and Sukkari varieties. Organic supply is more limited and we recommend reserving production capacity 3–4 months in advance of your required shipping window.
Samples ship via DHL within 48 hours of confirmation. Up to 2 kg of multi-variety samples are provided free of charge to qualified buyers; freight is charged at cost. For larger sampling programs (10+ kg, multiple SKUs), we work with you on a sampling agreement.
